Brought my car in to have my winter tires taken off and put my regular tires on. They broke 2 studs, drivers front. They first said whoever put the tires on they put them on too tight. I proceeded to tell the owner that they did back in October. Then he indicated, the studs where rusted. I asked if he could fix them and he told me they don't do that and said don't drive on the highway and take it to a mechanic and have it fixed asap. He charged me for the tire exchange, but no reimbursement for the studs that I will have to get repaired. I called my mechanic and he was very shocked that they let me drive away with 2 studs missing on the front. Please note that we have gone here before and never experience this type of service. Very upset and would never go there again.
