Doesn’t respond unless it’s to send you invoices that say you owe money you don’t cause she can’t get off her lazy ass to update the portal?? Might I add her lack of accountable as her buildings are falling apart and she wont fix them.. No heat for half the winter, concrete falling off the balconies if people even just stand on them!!! If you want to waste your money rent from Tina!

DO NOT RENT FROM BLACKBIRD! Tina Lister and her group of associates are deceiving and extremely unpersonable. My Fiance and I have been renting from them for the past year and a couple of months. We have had nothing but lack of replies to emails, unwanted/unlawful entry, being video recorded without our consent or knowledge and numerous tribunal dates to resolve simple maintenance requests. If I can give one simple piece of advice to anyone and everyone. SAVE YOURSELF A LIFETIME OF STRESS AND DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT, RENT FROM OR THROUGH BLACKBIRD PROPERTY GROUP.
