Be very careful when dealing with this firm. I trusted Donald Maga, President of Seltomar and provided funding to him to invest in a second mortgage. When the promissory note came due, Mr. Maga left town and told me that he had not registered the mortgage... did not have the money.... that he had additional personal expenses, etc. and that I should "remain patient". The list of excuses is endless. Investor beware!!!
