The building is nice enough, its a little older and needs some TLC but the staff are polite and friendly, and of the tenants I have met so far they seem like decent people. (mostly elderly) Rent is a good price as well, if you cant afford the 1500+ one bedrooms all over Hamilton. Its near a school & a church. As well as a multitude of food places, bars. Freshco & Metro grocery stores are a short 5 minute walk up fennel.
