My brother inlaw Jeff passed away last night (New Year's Eve 2017) because of this nursing home Heritage Green on Issac Brock Rd in Hamilton Ontario. They neglected to care for him properly, letting him lay in bed with bed sores that got infected and the infection spread throughout his body. He had gangrene in both his feet and puss leaking out of his penis. He was finally sent to the hospital and later passed away the same day just before midnight on New Year's Eve in a horrific condition due to the neglect from this nursing home.He was only at this nursing home for 5 weeks.
