5 stars without hesitation. They are caring, compassionate and went over and above when they didn't have to. My own GP was not available and I couldn't wait another minute to see someone - what a relief for this clinic. Amanda made sure I was able to see the doctor and got the care I needed. The doctor was so calming, kind and made himself available to help me, I cannot be more thankful. Would recommend to everyone and already have started to.
This clinic is so disappointing. Should be no stars. This is now the fourth time I have come with no doctor present. Today they put me in a room and said the doctor would be in soon. 20 minutes later I come out and ask. Is there even a doctor here? The receptionist is playing on their phone and tells me there is an accident and the doctor is late and should be here soon. Really? Why not tell me that upfront. I sure hope they don't take credit for service as I gave my health card to them. Came in two days ago also no doctor then either for the whole day. Same thing happened on two other occasions last year. This clinic is so close to my house and should be so convenient. Wish someone worked there. Beautiful facility. Disappointing non service to say the least.
