Can't rate this business low enough. They lost all of my personal information leading to several fraudulent credit card charges and hours of time spent fixing this. They then ignored all calls and emails - not even replying once - when I contacted them with concerns about this. If it was simply a matter of ignoring customers, I think that would be more reasonable. That being said if you're going to cost your customers thousands of dollars when you lose their info (which you stored in non-encrypted files!) AND Then ignore them I think its disgusting business practice.
