Note moyenne 1,0 basée sur 1 avisI had a truly horrific experience today with Wear's Flowers & Garden Centre while trying to send Sympathy flowers to a friend. During an already emotional and stressful time, the lady (I believe her name is Melanie) was arrogant, dismissive, and extremely rude. When I called to inquire about the timeframe for the delivery, I was spoken to disrespectfully and then abruptly hung up on. To then find out my order was transferred to a different flower shop, understandable. But not being able to tell me which flower shop or provide customer service and inquire yourself to let me know is ridiculous. When I called in yesterday to ask questions about the arrangement I was interested in she was so pleasant. Boy did things change once they had my money. This was for funeral flowers, a situation that requires compassion and basic professionalism; and neither was shown. I most definitely would never spend a red cent here again and would strongly caution anyone considering this flower shop.
