Note moyenne 2,0 basée sur 1 avisDishonest business. Called them and asked how much to install a kitchen faucet. The woman on the phone quoted me $99.00 and hr. and said she saw no reason why it would take longer than a hr. So I hired them to do it. They came on time and only took a half an hour to do it. But when it came down to pay they gave me a bill of $142.00 + Hst for a total of $161 and change. The guy explained that that's their standard rate for installing faucets. So I paid him and sent him on his way, but when I called back to get an explanation as to why I was falsely quoted and hourly rate of $99.00 and hr the lady denied having quoted it. Who calls for service and doesn't ask the price before ordering the work? By her denials the company insinuated that I was lying which comes as a further insult to me. I will not be using them again. Be warned if you get a quote from these guys over the phone, record it.
