2024 Cruiser E-Bike Trouble I've dealt with RydersSolutation's for 10 years service use to good. Now RydersSolutation's reputation has gone in to the dumpster. I can no longer in good confidence shop recommend or have repairs done at RydersSolutation's. I have had this ongoing problem since I picked up the new Bike. Not getting near the 100klm range it is guarantied to get per charge. I have called them and gone to many times informing them and trying to get the problem solved. I have informed them as well that the batteries were not keeping a charge. The check light has been on since day of p/u when the brake is put on. The bike had a short in the wiring system, Took the bike in for repairs, Bike still wasn't operating as it should. Told them ace again, batteries not holding charge, they did not check it and told me there was nothing wrong with the bike. Brought the bike home, 2 days later batteries were completely dead. Returned the bike to RydersSolutation's. I was told I would be charged for time. Bike is still under warranty. A few days later RydersSolutation's called told me batteries would not charge at all, I would have to pay for new batteries, he was not going to swallow the cost. I feel he left me no option but to contact Bbb for help resolving this issue. To this day Rider Solutions refuse to honour their warranty on a bike that has less than 200 klms
