Now that all my shipments have arrived, I can leave this review without fear of further reprisals. This manager is very bad. I see that I'm not the only one who thinks so, although my first impression was not so bad. The trouble in my case seems to be that I had a former neighbour, a junk-mail carrier (and a most unworthy person to carry a grudge for, let alone in the name of the Canadian Government). But it seems this cretin was able to rally the support of their coworkers. This man and his staff have deliberately withheld information, when asked simple and reasonable questions (regarding why signatures weren't being collected; and regarding available packaging options; to name a few instances). Worse yet, this man and his complicit staff have attempted to stand between me and my purchases, pretending (I believe) that the package was not there, even when I had recently received the notification that it was, and came equipped with all relevant information. They have even signed off on major package (only a week before that) which was never given to me, a very serious lapse (if it was a lapse). Never again will I deal with this post office. My experiences here reflect poorly on the persons involved, the Canada Post service, and the nation they are paid to represent. I have audio to support all of the above and much more besides, and may still pursue the matter with the Ombudsman if I can find the time. I will also add that I have behaved with impeccable tact and patience on every occasion, never once raising my voice or waxing querulous! This can all be proven. The period of harassment was of about 2.5 years duration, with every indication of continuing escalation.
